DESCRIPTION:The permanent exhibition in the old smithy showcases the history of the Ahlström companies\, the family and the Noormarkku ironworks\, spanning over 175 years. On display are highlights of Finnish design and glass art\, including works by Tapio Wirkkala\, Timo Sarpaneva\, Nanny Still and Göran Hongell\, as well as Alvar Aalto’s unique Savoy vases. An impressive scale model of the ironworks area is also on display.\n\nThe exhibition space is wheelchair-accessible and there is a lift. A guided tour lasts approximately 75 minutes.\nAdmission: €22 / €20 / Museum Card.
