Submit an event

Join the city festival!

The Porin Päivä programme consists of events organised by various parties. Pori-Seura aims to inspire anyone to create their own programme during Porin Päivä.

An organiser can be a private person, association, organisation or company. The programme does not need to relate to the year’s theme – it can be anything from a yard flea market to orienteering, or grilling sausages to open house events.

Use this form to submit your event to the overall Porin Päivä programme.

Submissions are accepted 1–20 September.

Write the event title and description in three languages. You can use automatic translation as a guide. You may add one image and an organiser logo. Select the event date and time range. If the event takes place on several days, add a separate time slot for each day. You can also provide a link and find a map using the address search.

Your submission is saved as a draft. It will not appear in the public programme until Pori-Seura has reviewed and published it.

If the event you are submitting takes place at several different addresses, submit the events at different addresses separately.

Times

Choose the weekday and start/end time. If the event continues overnight into the next day, change the end day. If the same event is repeated on different days, press “Add time slot”.
